Any customer, 18 years of age or older getting a body piercing must have a valid government issued photo identification. We no longer accept foreign identification unless it is a PASSPORT.
MINORS:
Note: I do not pierce anyone under the age of 8 years old.
Please read the age restrictions page.
NOTE: ANY MINOR MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE BIOLOGICAL PARENT. Adoptive parent is ok as long as documentation with court seal is brought in. If the last names are different, you must bring in paperwork to show why. If the parents name on their ID is the same as it is on the minors birth certificate this will be good enough. If not the paper work can be court papers such as divorce papers or custody papers. These must be the original court documents with the court seal or an attested copy. This must be clear to me when you come in. If you have questions please call and I can answer them for you. If I do not answer, PLEASE leave a message and I will call you back.
Any customer getting a body piercing, including minors, must have photo identification. Minors may have/use current school ID. Please note that it must be an actual photo ID card, not a photo printed on paper. This also can not be the paper issued by the DMV while waiting for the actual ID to arrive. I have had adults call explaining that their child is home schooled therefor they do not have a school ID. An Identification card can be applied for and obtained at the DMV.
All minor's must present an original birth certificate, not a copy unless it is an attested copy.
